However, the Buyer in this situation is correct that the curtains are theirs, while the way they did it is wrong. In court the most likely outcome is the buyer getting the curtains, a lawyer could give a definite answer. Most buyers ignore removed curtains and other items but this is a great example of how a low-quality real estate agent can burn you.
